Conference Experience Overview
Preconference Activities (June 15–16)
- Pre-conference activities begin on June 15 with educational tours of the slave and the military museums, where you will be immersed in the unique history and culture of the country.
- Participants will enjoy a city tour of Luanda, capital of Angola. Located on the beautiful Atlantic coast of northern Angola, you will see the country’s largest city and one of its busiest seaports.
- Preconference activities will end with a reception on the evening of June 16.
General Conference (June 17–19)
- The General Conference will begin June 17 and end on June 19.
- The event is expected to draw hundreds of governmental and nongovernmental participants from the southern Africa region, including leaders and heads of state.
- Our invited US speakers include renowned Attorney Ben Crump, Dr. Ky Dele, Dr. Milton Mattox and other US experts in Africa Trade and Artificial Intelligence.
Post-Conference Tour Highlights (Ends Sunday, June 21)
- A post conference tour will include a visit to the Kalandula Falls one of the largest waterfalls by volume in Africa. Here you will enjoy the tranquility of the Kwanza River and Lukala River, cultural immersion, and the majesty of the Pungo Ndongo Black Stones.
- Participants will enjoy a ride by bus from Luanda and see the beautiful landscapes of Angola, including great grasslands, and spanning savannas.
- The post conference tour will end on Sunday, June 21st with a unique worship experience at Kimbanguist Church. This beautiful African mega church is very unique and was built by members of the congregation, and has over 1 million followers.

Alternative Lodging at the Diplomatic Academy (Budget Option)
For attendees seeking an affordable and convenient lodging option, a limited number of rooms are available onsite at the Diplomatic Academy (ADVM) , the official conference venue. This budget-friendly option offers comfortable accommodations for professionals and students while keeping participants close to conference activities and tours.

Hotel Accomodations
For those who select the Standard Registration option, we strongly advise booking your hotel at either the Intercontinental Luanda or Protea Luanda Hotels. These are the scheduled hotels for shuttle service. Accommodations made elsewhere will not be included in transfer service.
